You don’t need to have a Ruwa account to shop. But having an account does make life much easier. You can store your shipping and contact information in your account so that you don’t have to enter it every time you shop. So while creating an account is not essential to shop, we recommend doing it to become a part of the awesome The Ruwa community.
To place your order, follow these steps:-
Browse through our wide catalogue of products until you find something you like, choose the relevant size and click on the ‘Add to Cart’ button (you are eligible to add multiple products to your cart).
We will ship your product to your mentioned shipping address. We have tie-ups with reputed courier companies, so your orders will be delivered to your doorstep. All orders will be delivered in fully sealed packages to protect your goods and ensure that they reach you in perfect condition.
We’ll send an email with your order information to confirm and another email when your order is shipped out. However, the order will be accepted and sent to you once your credit card/debit card and address details have been approved and verified unless it’s a COD. Sit back, relax and wait for your awesome designs to arrive.
Please retry making the payment after ensuring that the information entered is accurate, including all account details, billing addresses and passwords. If your payment still fails, you can retry doing the payment after some time.
If your payment is debited from your account after a payment failure, it will be credited back within 7-10 business days, after we receive a confirmation from the bank.
