1. To avail the warranty benefits customer must register product warranty on our website within 15 days from date of purchase/date of invoice.
2. The chimney should be used as per the directions given in the user’s guide. Defects caused by improper or reckless use are not covered.
3. 6 inch*6 feet aluminum flexible duct pipe is included in the kitchen hood.
4. Warranty starts from the date of purchase/date of invoice of the product.
5. Only the parts covered under warranty will be replaced free. The labour/visit charges for the replacement of under warranty parts will be borne by the customer.
6. Part covered under 5 years warranty is motor. Electronic controls/Touch sensor controls, switch carry and LED Lights/lamps are covered only for one year warranty.
7. Glass or Glass products, Rubber & Plastic parts are not covered under warranty.
8. Warranty will be void in the following circumstances:

• Warranty is void for any alterations made in the product, used for commercial premises, scratched, breakages, unauthorized installations, and/or damage due to misuse, negligence, natural calamities, normal wear & tear.
• Any damages due to the use of abrasive chemicals, or usage in extremely adverse atmosphere, i.e. abnormally corrosive / alkaline / acidic, is not covered under warranty.
• Product has been tampered with or subjected to repair or modification done by any unauthorized person.
• The company will not accept any liability for any loss or damages of whatsoever nature on account of fire, storm, theft, malicious damage, pressure cooker bursting or any other unforeseen acts or incidents.
• Alteration/removal/damage of the serial number.
• Product damage/malfunction due to power interruption/abnormity or voltage input.
• If the maintenance service (due every 3 months) and annually deep cleaning service is not carried out by authorized service engineer. The cost of any such service will be borne by the customer Accidents caused due to incorrect installation, non-maintenance of the product. Wrong installation, gap between the base of the kitchen hood and the top of the cook top/ built in hob not maintained between 65-75 cms.
• Attack of rats or rodents and birds making nest in the duct pipe or other acts which are not the fault of the company shall not be covered.
• In case chimney is used on Inverter or Generator.
• Company accepts no liability for any consequential loss and / or damages caused to the user or any third party due to any failure / malfunction of the product. The company’s liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective part.
• The warranty will be valid only at the original place of purchase and in case of transfer the Chimney should have been un-installed and then re-installed only by the authorized technician. No claims would be entertained in cases of ownership changes.
• The decision of SAAN WARAH. in respect of all claims in this regard would be final and binding. All disputes subject to Faridabad-Haryana jurisdiction.
